Size Guide
Correct size = correct performance. Measurement technique and charts.
How to Measure
For accurate sizing, use a soft tape measure held snug but not tight against the body. Key points:
- Stand upright with relaxed shoulders
- Measure over the base layer you'd normally wear (t-shirt)
- Have someone help you (self-measuring is unreliable)
- Use centimeters (cm)
Plate Carrier — Size Chart

Measurement Points
- Chest: widest part of chest, arms at sides, horizontal plane
- Waist: narrowest part of abdomen, breathing normally

Between Sizes?
- Plate carrier: For a tighter fit, size down. For more comfort, size up. MOLLE adjustment straps allow fine-tuning.
- Belt: Size up — excess strap can be trimmed from the back.

Note: Correct sizing is critical for tactical equipment — oversized gear reduces your operational capability. Aim for a fit that allows mobility but holds secure.
