Are your products really military-grade?

Yes. We use 500D and 1000D Cordura fabric, laser-cut MOLLE panels, and military-standard components. See our Technology page for material details.

Who are your products for?

Tarpa products are designed for military personnel, law enforcement, private security, hunters, outdoor athletes, and professional operators. They are also suitable for civilian use.

Do products include ballistic plates?

Our plate carriers are sold as carriers only. Ballistic plates must be sourced separately. For institutional customers, request a quote via the Corporate Quote page.

Ordering

How do I place an order?

Choose size/color on the product page, add to cart, and follow checkout. No account required; guest checkout is available.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, we'll email a tracking number. Track through the courier's website.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel before shipment. Contact us immediately at info@tarpatactical.com. If already shipped, follow the returns process.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. Installment plans available via PayTR and Iyzico.

Are installments available?

Yes. Installment options compatible with your card are shown at checkout. Installment count and terms depend on your card issuer.

Is payment secure?

All payments are protected with 3D Secure and SSL encryption. Card data is never stored on our servers; it is processed directly by a licensed payment provider.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

2–5 business days within Turkey for in-stock items. Lead times for made-to-order products are shown on the product page. See Shipping & Delivery for details.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within Turkey. For international inquiries, email info@tarpatactical.com.

Returns & Exchanges

What is the returns process?

You can return unused, untagged products within 14 days of delivery. See Returns & Exchanges for details.

Can I exchange sizes?

Yes. For size exchanges, email iade@tarpatactical.com. Subject to stock availability.

Warranty

Do your products come with a warranty?

All Tarpa products carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects. See the Warranty page.

Is there a discount for military / law enforcement?

Yes — a 15% discount for military, law enforcement, and first responders. Apply via the Military Discount page with identity verification.
