Distance Sales Agreement
Terms under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

Article 1 — Parties
1.1 Seller

1.2 Buyer
The legal or natural person placing the order. Buyer name, address, and contact information are collected via the order form.
Article 2 — Subject
This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties concerning the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically from the seller's website www.tarpatactical.com, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Article 3 — Product and Payment
The type, quantity, brand/model, color, and total (VAT-inclusive) price of the product are as shown on the order summary and invoice.
- Payment methods: credit card, debit card, bank transfer
- Installment options displayed at checkout
- All prices in Turkish Lira (TRY), VAT inclusive
Article 4 — Delivery
- Delivery time: no later than 30 days from order confirmation
- Standard delivery: 2–5 business days (in-stock items)
- Delivery via contracted courier to the address provided at checkout
- Shipping fees shown on the order summary
Article 5 — Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the product without giving a reason and without paying any penalty.
To exercise this right, notify the seller in writing at iade@tarpatactical.com within this period.
The product must be in its original packaging, with tags intact, unused, and in resalable condition. It must be returned with the invoice.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
- Custom-personalized products (embroidery, name, special configuration)
- Products not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (opened intimate wear)
- Used, worn, or untagged products
Article 6 — Seller's Obligations
- Deliver the product intact, complete, and as described
- Handle returns/exchanges within legal timeframes for defective items
- Provide invoice with the product
- Process personal data in compliance with KVKK
Article 7 — Buyer's Obligations
- Provide accurate and complete order information
- Check for damage on the shipping package at delivery (record any damage)
- Pay the contract amount in full
Article 8 — Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from this agreement are resolved by Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the threshold set by the Ministry of Commerce, and by Consumer Courts for higher-value disputes.
Article 9 — Effective Date
By confirming the order, the buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement. It enters into force upon order confirmation.
