14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, you may return your order within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt without providing a reason.
Return Conditions
The returned product must meet these conditions:
- Unused
- Tags intact
- In original packaging
- Returned with the invoice
- In resalable condition
Non-Returnable Items
Right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
- Custom-produced items (embroidery, name, special configuration)
- Items not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (opened intimate wear)
- Used, worn, or untagged products
Return Process — Step by Step
- Contact: Email iade@tarpatactical.com with your order number and return reason.
- Approval: Our team will respond within 1 business day with a return code and instructions.
- Packaging: Pack the product in its original packaging with the invoice. Write the return code on the outside.
- Shipping: Send via our contracted courier (Aras Kargo) with the free return code provided.
- Inspection: Products are inspected within 1-3 business days of arrival.
- Refund: Approved returns are refunded via the original payment method within 3-10 business days.
Exchanges
For size or color exchanges, follow the same process. Mark "Exchange" in your request and specify the desired variant. If in stock, the new item ships free after the return is processed.
Defective Products
If your product is defective (manufacturing or shipping damage), notify us within 30 days:
- Photograph the defect
- Email iade@tarpatactical.com with your order number and photos
- Choose free replacement or full refund
- Shipping fees are on us
Refund Timelines
- Credit card: 3-10 business days (bank dependent)
- Bank transfer: 3-5 business days
- Installment purchases:Refunds follow your bank's installment rules
